U By Emaar is a lifestyle loyalty programme that rewards customers across Emaar’s hotels, restaurants, and retail outlets. Its goal is to offer a seamless experience where every purchase earns Upoints and exclusive benefits, supported by a strong digital presence and engaging communication.

U By Emaar wanted to make its digital communication as engaging as the rewards it offered. The brand needed a digital marketing expert who could create consistent messaging, improve email marketing results, and develop creative animations that inspired members to earn and redeem more Upoints.
