Mecomed is the leading MedTech association for the Middle East and Africa, representing global medical device manufacturers. The association needed a digital strategy to unify its online presence and engage healthcare professionals.

For Mecomed, we wanted to bridge the gap between complex medical technology and clear digital communication. The goal was to build a platform that felt like a hub for the industry, making it easier for members and partners to engage with the brand. We focused on creating a unified digital presence that looks modern while maintaining the authority of a leading trade association.

    Our email campaigns saw 92% higher open rates. This showed that the community found the updates more relevant and valuable than before.

Long Term Strategic Support

This project was the start of a partnership that has lasted over twelve years. Since 2012, I have served as the trusted technical advisor for Mecomed, overseeing the development and management of five custom built web portals.
My role goes beyond a single launch. I provide ongoing website maintenance and dedicated IT support to ensure their digital infrastructure stays secure and high performing. By managing these platforms day to day, I make sure Mecomed is always ready to scale and evolve alongside its mission in the medical technology sector.
