Etihad Credit Bureau (formerly AECB) is the UAE's federal credit bureau, providing credit scores and reports that help banks, businesses, and consumers make informed financial decisions.

The Challenge

AECB needed to make credit information accessible to everyday consumers. Complex financial data had to be presented clearly through digital channels while maintaining the authority expected of a government-backed institution.

The Solution

The goal for AECB was simple: make credit scores and financial data easy to understand. We took a lot of complicated information and turned it into a clear strategy that used good design to tell a better story. We wanted to make sure that anyone looking at AECB’s content could understand exactly what they were seeing without feeling overwhelmed.

What We Delivered:

  1. Better, Cleaner newsletters:
    We redesigned their emails to be much easier on the eyes. Instead of long, boring blocks of text, we created visual templates that helped people actually read the advice and learn about their credit.
  2. Simple Animated Ads:
    Explaining financial services can be hard. We made short, animated ads for Google and social media that used simple visuals to explain how AECB works. It turned a dry topic into something fast and easy to watch.
  3. A Clearer Way to Talk to Customers:
    We helped set a new tone for how the brand speaks online. By focusing on helpfulness rather than just "bank talk," we made the brand feel more approachable and trustworthy to the everyday person.
