The Client
Al Jalila Children’s Specialty Hospital was a 200-bed facility and the first dedicated children’s hospital in the UAE. Known for its leadership in pediatric care, its mission was to provide world-class medical services and comfort to children and their families. The hospital has since been integrated into Dubai Health, and its standalone website is no longer active.
The Challenge
To build trust and communicate its specialized services to parents and the wider community, the hospital needed a digital presence that was professional, empathetic, and informative. The goal was to create compelling content that resonated with audiences and highlighted the hospital’s life-changing work.
The Solution
Working through ATOM Creative Agency, I partnered with the hospital to develop a digital strategy focused on trust, engagement, and clarity.

- Creative Email Campaigns:
Developed engaging campaigns that effectively communicated key messages about services, events, and hospital news. - High-Impact Animated Ads:
Produced dynamic animations for social media and Google Ads to ensure the hospital’s brand stood out and its message of compassionate care reached the right audience.

Animated content drove an 86% increase in click-through rates, while social media content saw a 73% rise in engagement, boosting awareness of vital services. - Email Communication:
Redesigned campaigns achieved a 93% increase in open rates and a 78% rise in engagement, ensuring critical information reached parents and donors.
This work was completed prior to the hospital’s integration into Dubai Health.
