Air Miles wanted to refresh its communication strategy to make member interactions more exciting and consistent. The goal was to boost engagement, increase new sign-ups, and highlight the benefits of its growing partner network through more creative, visually appealing digital content.

Working through ATOM Creative Agency, I collaborated with Air Miles Middle East to re-energize their digital presence through a creative-first approach that focused on clear communication, engaging visuals, and consistent brand storytelling across multiple digital channels. The goal was to make every message feel rewarding.

Here's what I did:

  1. Designed dynamic motion graphics and animated ads for Google Display and social media that showcased offers, partner benefits, and redemption options in an engaging, easy-to-understand way.
  2. Overhauled their email templates to improve design consistency, readability, and engagement while keeping the brand’s lively and approachable tone.
  3. Produced a complete set of static and animated banners for use across partner websites, ensuring high-quality branding across all placements.

The Impact

The results were clear and measurable, proving that a creative, cohesive approach could bring new life to Air Miles’ digital communication and strengthen its connection with members across multiple channels and partner platforms.
